FAQ

Questions we hear first.

Do you buy every school submitted?

No. We expect to decline most opportunities. Building condition, acquisition basis, taxes, local demand and community alignment all matter.

Will you accept a donated school?

Potentially. A donation is not automatically attractive if the property carries major liabilities, structural problems or unsustainable carrying costs.

Do you only redevelop schools into housing?

No. We specifically favor optionality. Uses can include arts, entrepreneurship, education, workspace, events, commerce, services, lodging/housing where appropriate and other local needs.

Why are property taxes such an important factor?

Early redevelopment capital is scarce. If carrying costs are based on a value the vacant property cannot economically support, the project can fail before reinvestment begins.

Does every project use the same model?

No. The platform and underwriting process repeat; the local mix of uses does not.

What is the Community Commerce System?

It is the digital operating layer connecting spaces, people, businesses, events, jobs, services and local participation around a physical school project.

Are rewards or participation programs an investment?

Not by default. Any rewards or participation system is designed as non-investment utility unless separately structured with appropriate securities counsel.

How can I participate?

Submit a school, apply as a community, register as a local operator or tenant, or contact us as an investor or strategic partner.
